McLaren F1 $970,000. In 1994, the McLaren F1 was the fastest and most expensive car. Even though it was built 15 years ago, it has an unbelievable top speed of 240 mph and reaching 60 mph in 3.2 seconds. Even as of today, the McLaren F1 is still top on the list and it outperformed many other supercars.
Lamborghini Reventon $1,600,000. The most powerful and the most expensive Lamborghini ever built is the second on the list. It takes 3.3 seconds to reach 60 mph and it has a top speed of 211 mph. Its rarity (limited to 20) and slick design are the reasons why it is so expensive and costly to own.
Bugatti Veyron $1,700,000. This is by far the most expensive street legal car available on the market today. It is the fastest accelerating car reaching 0-60 in 2.6 seconds. It claims to be the fastest car with a top speed of 253 mph+. However, the title for the fastest car goes to the SSC Ultimate Aero which exceed 253 mph pushing this car to 2nd place for the fastest car.
Do I need to ask why these cars are labeled the most expensive? Just by looking at these pictures, I can already tell that they cost a lot of money. They're so distinct and attractive. Imagine driving one of these on the Autobahn! Absolute car heaven! I don’t know why, but, the McLaren F1 reminds me of the famous Bumblebee from the movie, Transformers…maybe because it looks a lot like him. Haha! These automobiles are exceptional! They deserve a spot on the world records and history. Very nice!

If I had the money, I would definitely get a Lamborghini Reventon. It does look like a speeding bullet, and it runs like one too, powered by a 6.5 liter V12 engine that is capable of producing 650 horsepower and powering the car to a top speed of 356 kilometres per hour! In fact, it can get to 100 k/h in just 3.4 seconds!

Wow! These cars are just really awesome! Who wants to have such car? Me!! Of course! Haha. But you have to know that if the money I have to spend would come out of my own pocket, it would absolutely take 15 years or more in order for me to have my own Lamborghini or Bugatti. Haha. Oh well, I am already satisfied just by looking at these pictures. Haha! :D

@Erwin: That’s life. We really need to strive hard if we really want to have such luxurious cars. But who knows, right? We could go all-out and attain one of these most expensive cars in the future! Well, dreaming of something like this gives me a reason to extend myself and make every effort to achieve it! Go! ;)
